This subway is extremely skimpy on toppings when you ask for a lot you shouldn’t have to say more than that 2-3 times. Stop being cheap especially with inflated prices!

Had a coupon for 2 foot long subs for 16.99. Ordered a Tuna/ Steak & bacon. Guy tried to charge me almost 23$. He explained he had to charge me extra for bacon & cheese. I didn't ask for extra cheese. I told him I had no problem paying for bacon if it was extra but that I wasn't paying for something I didn't ask for. Guy was pretty rude about it so I just left without any supper. Hadn't been to Subway for a long time & only went because of the coupons. It is easy to see why Subway is struggling.

Subway is my favorite place to get sandwiches! This location in Cochrane was particularly pleasant. The atmosphere at this Subway was pristine; the bathrooms were clean, the tables were tidy, and the floor was sparkling! Raj, who made our sandwiches, completed our two foot long Subs in great time, despite being the only worker that evening! Raj was great at following our instructions for construction of the sandwiches, and packed them nice and tight at the end. Overall great experience! Would not hesitate to recommend this Subway.

Me and my friend went to grab sandwich but there was an old indian guy (Gujrati) he doesn’t know how to treat customers specially indian this thing had happened second time with me and my friends as well. He is very rude and was abusing us because we just asked him respectfully to change gloves and he just gave us very rude attitude and started saying wrong things and he didn’t gave us our sandwich. I think management of this subway should just talk to this old guy or fire him please because i think no indian gets respected if anyone goes to this subway.

we stopped here on the way home picking up our christmas tree from family friends near horse creek. i'm hungry but not ravenous, not like tying a tree to a car is much work. there seems to be renovations going on as the last subway in cochrane to undergo the foodie chic redesign, so there was lots of drilling and hammering sounds. perhaps i should have seen this coming, as i'd seen someone was selling the old furniture on facebook marketplace. i ordered a 6-inch BLT on flatbread, toasted, with white cheese. while mr subway himself was asking me what veggies i would like, one of the renovators blew a fuse (i assume, unless he knowingly turned the breaker off, which is funnier), and the lights, cash register, and drink fountain went out. luckily, mr subway pulled out his calculator and i paid with cash :) close save though, could you imagine if i didn't have cash.... wow this got dark fast. i'm gonna have to log off for the night. i'm sorry guys. bye.
Kid-friendliness: maybe too loud for a kid while they're renovating, but kids these days are pretty resilient. i probably wouldn't bring a baby in here though
