Not only was there no cheese in my sandwich despite requesting it, but the overall taste was disappointing compared to previous experiences. When I called the restaurant to address the issue, I was met with the response that my order was prepared perfectly, which left me feeling unsatisfied. I hope the restaurant can address these issues to ensure a better experience for customers in the future."
