I told the worker that I’ve been struggling with applying deals on the updated app for 30 mins and couldnt do my online order because it just straight up wouldn’t apply. I showed him in person and was a little annoyed after wasting half an hour trying to order online that I still had to come in. He shrugged it off and treated me like I was an idiot, but had absolutely zero solution. He said I should just call Subway corporate if I had a problem and he had nothing to do with the app. I told him his manager should be reaching out to corporate because they’re probably losing orders since their app isn’t even working. He again just stared at me and said “too bad man”. I tried to get him to scan my app and apply the deal on his own monitor which I have had done for me at other subways in the past. He was completely incompetent and barely tried. In the end I still ordered the two subs I wanted because I just spent the last hour trying to figure this out and came all this way and my wife was hungry. He offered no solution, no way to speak to management, and basically just treated me like a nuisance for being there ordering food. These you-know-who’s have no understanding of the importance of customer service, it is getting out of hand.

They just decide that they’re closing an hour early if it’s not busy enough for them…. Thats not how you run a business. If you post hours on your door, you need to hold to those hours. The main worker there now makes pretty sloppy subs and the sauce is always dripping off the side of the bread even if you ask for “a little tiny line” and she has no clue how to fold a sub to keep the contents inside of it. Definitely worth driving 5 extra mins to the subway down the hill.

I would like to share so much gratitude for this Subway being in town and a bonus for being so close to our home. We have made special trips just to go to this subway because of the incredible customer service. They know us by name and on some days remember our subs better than we do. SHOBIT is our ultimate favourite person to deal with, he connects with us, asks us questions and it's like a short visit with a friend every time we visit when he is there. The owner is extremely kind as well and treats his employees really well from what we can see at the front. The place is always so clean and top notch service.
I would highly recommend. You won't be disappointed with your visit here.

It's a Subway, so really the review is based on how they match expectations and with that, it's flawless. Order is delicious and perfect every time. Atmosphere can never be a 5 as again, it's Subway, what are you expecting? Some type of dancers and cool trendy people dancing in the background? Of course not. It's a great place to get quick and easy subs that my kids will eat for a change of pace from the 4 things they normally eat (fries, burgers, soup, fruit).
