Probably the best tacotime in or around the Calgary area. STORE- Clean, and tidy. FOOD- always great quality. STAFF- friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. We drive from out of town just to go to this tacotime, because it’s honestly worth the extra time to eat here. We love the open food prep area out front and taking the extra tom to ask if we want all the toppings as listed makes us feel as though the staff really care and take the time to make our food fresh. When we eat in the staff comes and asks if it was good and is always smiling. What a great place.

Terrible service from the lady at TacoTime. I’m never coming back. My crispy chicken burrito was completely soggy—I couldn’t even lift it because it was drenched in sauce. I clearly requested less sauce, yet they added an excessive amount. The food was awful and poorly prepared, and the service was even worse. The female staff member seemed extremely short-tempered and unprofessional. Overall, a very disappointing experience with pathetic food and terrible customer service.

I have been going to taco time goes over 40 years. The burrito was very small not value for price. Will rethink buying from Cochrane location again. Which means I will rethink going to taco time at all Until sizes get real again.

The service is wonderful, the gentleman who is working the counter was friendly and very informative! Even working alone got our order quickly and everything tasted great and fresh! Easy access off the main highway through town with lots of easy parking and a clean comfortable restaurant! Will definitely be visiting again next I’m in the area!

Stay away from this awful establishment. Where do I start... firstly walking in at the time I was told my order would be complete through online wasn't even started. No one was even inside. The workers were doing absolutely nothing in the back and couldn't be bothered to look that an order had be placed 15 min ago. Second, they couldn't even fulfill a simple order of 4 soft and 4 hard shell tacos. They gave me 8 softshell tacos that were wrapped up like diapers. Visually they looked awful right from the start. Probably some of the worst tacos I've tasted in my life, so the visual definitely represented the taste. Don't bother even adding the guac or salsa as it was like they were rationing the stuff. Half the softshells were glued to the diaper wrapped paper so taking them out literally destroyed them. The ingredients themselves tasted like the cheapest stuff you could possibly find around.

Definitely one of the better Taco Times I have visited! Manager and staff seem concerned about the products/food they are selling. Always fresh and well prepared food. I'm not a huge fan of the way the restaurant is setup, but the staff and food more than makes up for the layout. Will visit again.
