Most delicious lasagna I've had in ages! Just ordered through skip after a busy long hot day, and the first thing I've had from here. My family and I will certainly be back!

I've only had pizzas here because I'm a pizza addict, but they're consistent. Excellent ingredients, well cooked with great crust, good portions and good value for money. Unequivocally the best pie available in Cochrane. The restaurant is quaint and cute and perfect for a date, the man running the front of the restaurant is polite and considerate and gives amazing service. Highly recommend this place.

P.S. Ask for your pies well done, gives them rigidity and good char, and this kitchen knows how to give that, and not ruin it.

As I've not tried the other dishes this may be inaccurate, but based on what I've had I think 4.4 overall stars is criminally underrated for this restaurant.

It takes you on a trip to Italy,
Everything is made with care, smells amazing, the place is super clean.
Christian did great suggesting a couple dishes and he was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Such a hidden gem! This small and cozy Italian restaurant in Cochrane totally exceeded our expectations. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming perfect for a relaxed family meal. We tried the seafood Alfredo and the lasagna, and both were absolutely delicious. The pasta was cooked perfectly, and the sauces were rich and flavorful without being too heavy.

Even our kids loved the food portions were generous and the flavors were just right for them. It’s not always easy to find a spot that pleases both adults and kids, but this place nailed it. The staff were friendly and made us feel right at home.

We’ll definitely be coming back the next time we’re in Cochrane. Highly recommended if you’re in the area MUST TRY!

My wife and I just got back from a long trip in Italy where we tried a new restaurant every day and then decided to give Cochrane’s local Italian restaurant again to compare. The Boot checks out! Food is great.

The tiramisu was most excellent. The service was excellent . The pasta is not good. It was tasteless . Not authentic Italian from any region! I have not tried their pizza someone else will have to comment on that . Cochrane needs an authentic good quality Italian restaurant. I've tried both and they are wanting! Growing up in a primarily Italian city I was extremely disappointed!

The Boot was a great dining experience. The setting is cute and charming, the staff is on top of it, and the food was very fresh and tasted great. It's a great place for a date night if you're in Cochrane.
