The Canadian Brewhouse (Cochrane)

This place has gone downhill in a hurry. On March 28, we waited 90 minutes for our food, the whole time being ignored by our server. Then the food arrives cold, our seasonal vegetables were basically inedible, and the portions are small. Very poor service and food.

I live in Calgary but come here sometimes for a night out with a friend they have the fights on and games on TV the staff are good and the food is great and the Guinness is also good as I'm Irish 👌 it's my go to spot when I'm in town

Judy burgers, the best yam fries around and really good drinks. You need to check this place out. Caitlin was so sweet and checked on us regularly. Really good atmosphere.

We come to cochrane once every three months to get the dogs groomed and we always stop in at the Brew house. What brings us back is the fantastic service. We asked to share a portion and it's almost like they gave us separate meals. Impressed! Food is good pub food. That atmosphere is sports pub . Definitely recommend.

Food was great. Everyone was happy with their meals. Top marks to the kitchen. Our server was pleasant and friendly but not attentive. We couldn't tell if the team was short staffed as we only saw 2-3 servers looking after tables. However, that said our server seemed more interested in the table behind us. She stopped there several times to chat with a person in the side but only came by once to check on us. She seems to know the person. She wasn't the also team member who stopped in multiple times to chat but not touch our table. It took about 20 min to get our check, we had to ask the other server. Also this not the first time I've experienced a server giving more attention to a table of friends, co-workers or someone they knew over a table I've been at. In fact my best service has been when I've been on my own versus coming in with my family. Food and beer selection are great and we want to come back so hopefully we can see this improved.

Great patio. Good drink offers. Will be back to try the food another time.
