We had supper at the shire pub tonight, it’s been many years since we’ve been there. The service was very friendly and the food transported us back to England. Really enjoyed the fish and chips, the stuffed Yorkies with Guinness stew was delicious! And the sticky toffee pudding was soooo good! Highly recommend!

went to the Shire Pub just to get a meal and a beer ended up sitting for a while. a long while. what a great owner and bartender you have to go in and experience it yourself nothing like it out there. you can quote me on that.

The Shire Pub is known for its delicious Fish and Chips, featuring flaky fish and light, crispy batter. Even the coleslaw is fresh and enjoyable. The home-made food, including the highly recommended Haddock bites, is excellent and the atmosphere is inviting. The staff is friendly and the beer is fresh. The owner provides great service, making it a place where you may want to sit and enjoy for a while. The food transported them back to England, with the stuffed Yorkies with Guinness stew being delicious and the sticky toffee pudding being soooo good. The fish and chip is bomb and sooooo good, a hidden gem for sure. The home cut fries reminded them of home. The atmosphere was like a community, and the bartender was fabulous. It seems like a lovely place, and the cook also came out and talked with them about their meal. It was a fabulous experience.
