Every time me and my family go to get our teas of whatever we might want, the Order always comes back wrong. Our Order is not hard it has two ingredients. When we get our Oder wrong even when we come back to get it right it still for the second time is wrong. This has been almost every time we go.do better Tim Hortons.And some of the workers are not every kind to there customers and come across as rude.

Had to repeat my order several times at the drive-thru intercom, including hanging out the window and raising my voice. Still got my order totally wrong at the pick up window. The staff member taking the order seemed distracted.

Terrible service. The lady on the mic was rushing us as we ordered. I ordered an iced capp with an espresso shot and some food. When I got to the window, they handed us our food and iced Capps. No espresso shot in one even tho they "marked it with an x" and I still paid for it. I know they didn't put it in their because the other iced capp that we ordered looked and tasted the exact same. You can taste when there's espresso in it. Go here if you want terrible service.
I would suggest it’s the cultural difference of employees now hired by Tim’s that explains the often very slow and sometimes rude service

On the surface this Timmy's looks like any other Tim's. But on the inside the service was extremely rude and in a rush. Attitude of for get the service and worry about the drive thru timer. Rush rush got to get those numbers down.
Will totally go down the hill to the other one from now on.

Coffee was good, but the other day, the broccoli soup was terrible! The consistently was like eating mash potatoes with corn and thick clunky flour... yes, I got a refund, but that's not the case. Besides this, the music is worse than a funeral. Come on! Get your act together! Review your management and revise the music station, please ?
