I’m very disappointed with their service and lack of communication. I’m deaf and use text or writing to communicate, but they were not patient or understanding.
I ordered an “Everything Bagel” but forgot to write down “BLT.” I asked them to add tomato and lettuce, and they charged me extra — which I didn’t expect. I was in a hurry and then asked the supervisor if I could have sausage. She brought me a receipt, but I didn’t understand what she was saying. Since communication was difficult, I decided to leave instead of arguing.
Very frustrating experience — I hope they can learn to be more patient and respectful when serving deaf customers.

Twice ive paid an arm and leg for protien iced latte and get ice coffee. I feel very taken advantage of. This location is the worst for proper inventory. Ive had them tell me no bagels. No breakfast bowl ingredients. No milk!
One time I paid for a double stack BELT and got the most pathetic bacon and egg...and nothing else. No tomato. No lettuce. My son had the same!
The team hired 70% of the time look like they dont have a coheasive team. Just randos getting hours bu5 not putting in the work.
Ive given this location hundreds. Aftwr my last garbage order tonight ill just drive to bearspaw road. Team and quality control is way better.

Horrible. Asked for steeped tea got coffee not the first time this has happened. Went back got tea no apology nothing just put down and walked away. Plus tables aren't being wiped off . We do remember covid don't we. Won't be back. Usually in 2 or 3 times a day done with Tims

Coffee was good, I like the pumpkin spice. In my breakfast wrap I found eggshells, there was more pieces but this was the biggest. I was ordering drive thru so they might’ve been rushing it.

My go-to place to get coffee. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. Always making sure the orders are accurate and fast. Definitely recommended when you’re in a rush and want to grab something to eat.
Consistent in what they do, the Management in this location is great and exceptional. the store is clean, friendly and happy workers, and their product display was outstanding!! Great job!

We love Tim Hortons and were so disappointed with this visit. Recently went in with our granddaughter for a little treat. There are only a few tables, and we noticed a staff member taking a break at a table for 4 - and on a loud video call with someone. We had a mobile order that they were just compiling. The drinks were lukewarm and the donuts seemed slightly old. We could not sit anywhere else so had to leave. I hope this is a one of, and things are better the next time we choose to visit.

The people are great, it does take me a while to get my drinks but I understand because there was only one girl at the front counter. these workers sometimes don't get treated with respect especially with how much they're getting paid. So I always appreciate their hard work 😊 (Just the flies at this Tims is a little absurd)
