Maybe I was here on an off day. The latte and flat white we ordered were bitter. (The espresso shots must have been pulled for too long.) The latte art was very good though.A side note: the store is small and when I was there, the barista was using the pickup counter for prep it looked like, with a mixing bowl, big box of Saran wrap, and a couple dirty rags taking up a lot of the counter. It wasn't very appetizing. Again I might have been there on an off day.Wheelchair accessibility: There are several steep steps at the front. There is a ramp at the back door but it leads to a door that says employees only.
