Not open when they say they are. Here at 730. Sitting outside til 745. People in the kitchen, hours say they are open. They have the drive thru closed and blocked and doors are locked. Way to go.

This is a good Wendy's. We frequently use the take-out service and when we get home, we actually got what we ordered. (as opposed to McDonald's takeout) The food quality is good, for a fast food restaurant, and the quality is consistent.

I usually enjoy the food at this Wendy’s — it’s consistently good, the dining room is clean, and the drive-thru area is well maintained. Unfortunately, the service has been a repeated issue, and today was no different. My boyfriend and I went through the drive-thru intending to order two meals, but the constant interruptions made it impossible to finish our order. After every single item we tried to say, the staff member immediately cut us off with “anything else?” — even when we were still in the middle of giving customization details. We couldn’t get through one complete sentence before being interrupted again. It was extremely frustrating, rushed, and unprofessional to the point that we eventually just left without ordering. This isn’t an isolated incident either; the staff here are often unfriendly, seem unsure of the ordering process, and overall customer service consistently feels lacking. There are also ongoing issues with their app and rewards system. Employees never seem to know how to apply points or use deals, and even the manager has been unable to troubleshoot the system during past visits. If their scanner or register isn’t working, they simply refuse to honour the deal — even when it’s active and clearly displayed on my phone. They also rarely provide receipts or check if you need anything else; they just hand over the food and close the window.
It’s disappointing because the food quality is good, but the customer service continues to fall short. This location really needs to improve how they handle orders and interact with customers.

At least twice a week I'll go there before I start work to get breakfast and either the front door is still locked or I'm standing in front of counter for 10min and no one even looks up to see if a customer is there...happen again this morning 11/19/25

Unenthusiastic service. Slow service. We discovered later we were overcharged and no receipt given.
Poorly kept eating area. Tables dirty, floor sticky. Ketchup dispenser not working. Empty container of cooking oil outside beside entrance.
Cannot recommend and will not repeat.

I forgot how much I like a Wendy's hamburger they are so delicious and I like that they have added all kinds of things to the menu chicken salads and different kinds of lemonades. I use the order kiosk and I was shocked in about 40 seconds I got my food hamburger was fresh and excellent the fries have been sitting a little bit but we're still good and the lemonade they had was amazing. I like that they have made different sipping cup lids so that they could eliminate straws.
