I forgot how much I like a Wendy's hamburger they are so delicious and I like that they have added all kinds of things to the menu chicken salads and different kinds of lemonades. I use the order kiosk and I was shocked in about 40 seconds I got my food hamburger was fresh and excellent the fries have been sitting a little bit but we're still good and the lemonade they had was amazing. I like that they have made different sipping cup lids so that they could eliminate straws.

Worst fast food joint ever of Wendy's the ones on Calgary are way better. They take too long and they expect you to use the kiosk every time they shoot passive aggressive glares and even if you're the only one in there It's genuinely awkward I feel uncomfortable even asking for a change to my order The atmosphere is dull and dark and no one seems to greet you with a genuine smile.

I’m on the type to leave a review, but something has to be said. I’ve had a few experiences at this Wendy’s that left me really disappointed. The staff often come off as dismissive and will never apologize for their mistakes , and service is consistently slow, even when it’s not busy.
What’s more concerning is the way certain customers seem to be treated differently than others. There’s a pattern that’s hard to ignore, and it really changes how you feel about supporting a place.
Fast food should be fast — and fair. Unfortunately, this location is neither.

Worst service actually. Makes mcdonalds look effective. The policy is about good customer service, but thats far from the truth. The burgers make me sick too.
If you’re a fan of discrimination come here. I will not stand for any discriminatory behaviour to any one of their employees. While I was ordering food I heard some derogatory terms being thrown at a kind girl who happened to be a person of colour. This place needs new management immediately. 10/10 would not recommend

Never once said I wanted a frosty substitute. Never once was the word mentioned. Jerked me around and wouldn't make it right. I just wanted a drink with my combo and a 99 cent frosty and she messed it up twice.

I visited the store in Cochrane, Alberta. The handicapped door never seems to work. I've alerted the staff every time I go in, and it is never repaired. This has been going on for over 2 years now.
