I am ordering regularly through your online app. I ordered always the same exclusive online deal and I am always going to the drive thru for pick up. Because thats what is the website saying. I approached the speaker, I told the lady that I have an online order, and she said that I have to get inside to pick it up? It doesnt make sense to me at all. We ordered a meal for 5 tonight with great difficulty. Food was bagged and ready to go within 2 minutes (not exaggerating) we get home to eat and everything is cold, chicken, fries and gravy ALL COLD. Colonel Sanders would be very disappointed in the Cold Lake KFC. My family will NOT waste our money on this again……. Should have went to McDonalds !!
