This place is a hidden gem. A taste of European dining right here in rural Alberta. A refreshing change and takes dining out to another level far removed from the local bar & grills. The owner cares about his staff & clientele. It is not uncommon for him to come around to your table to chat. FABULOUS food, DELECTIBLE desserts, a BEVVY of beverages (with or without), a backyard patio with live entertainment, and sidewalk cafe in the summer. Who could ask for more? Kiss me darling, I think I'm in Europe!
Went in with my 89yr old mother for lunch, and although the food was delicious, we had to leave midway through our meal due to incessantly loud pounding from the kitchen for 10 minutes with no sign of it ending. First time I've ever experienced such a thing. Can't imagine what they were doing, but perhaps they should do it when no customers are present. So disappointing! I told the waitress we needed containers because the noise was too much and she did nothing but bring boxes.
Chef was very ignorant to his customers! VERY RUDE!!!!! We ordered a soup that was spicy and I can not do spice, waitress offered a chicken finger and fries off kids menu and said it was between the two of us as it was a kids menu item... but ended up putting both dishes on my bill when it wasn't even requested. my son spilt his chocolate milk on accident, asked for a replacement and got charged 4.75 for the replacement! Which was supposed to be included in the meal. The owner tossed the to go meal away from us at the counter and started raising his voice about having to throw food out before storming out of the restaurant. If you're looking for a cash grab restaurant, this is your place.

Excellent. Food was delicious. Staff was friendly and love supporting a locally owned business that really cares. Everything about the place showed that they took pride in what they do. Will definitely come back. Didn’t take photos because I was too busy enjoying the meal.

Great schnitzel. Gluten-free option but not breaded (Gluten-free crumbs) only bare meat. My wife still enjoyed it.
