Bad service. I wouldn't go here for a latte. They will still charge you even if you dont drink it and return noting it's not made right. One of the young servers is rude. I won't return. Overpriced. Zero rating.

If you ever find yourself in Disbury Alberta, as we did on deliveries, you have to stop into 1906 Bistro. The presentation of the food was fabulous and delicious. The chef came out to meet us and the whole staff was nothing but hospitable. It was well worth stepping off the highway and we highly recommend this place.

Fantastic little place. The vibe is immaculate, and they have honest to god chefs in the kitchen. I'm not 100% sure because I forgot to ask, but the pasta looks and tastes like it's made in-house. The pappardelle was absolutely amazing, as was their Greek appetizer plate that was on special. I got a wrap that was really good, but I was jealous of my table mate's pasta the entire time. Pricing is pretty average, if you just stick to entrees and non-alcoholic drinks, you could get away with a nice date night for $50-60. Not only are they a restaurant though, they're also a cafe and bar. You can come in for a coffee and pastry to-go in the morning, a sandwich for lunch, and top it off with a handcrafted cocktail and handmade pasta for dinner, with a scoop of gelato for dessert.
I hope this place stays in Didsbury for a long time to come, it's a little hidden gem.
