Shoutout to the staff at Didsbury location especially Mitch and Sher! I went there this morning and everyone smiling. Always friendly, quick with the orders, and even when there’s a lineup, they move fast. It’s clear they work hard, and it makes a difference. Good vibes all around! :)

went through the drive thru to get a bagel belt and a latte. there was absolutely no one else there and I had to pull over and park because they told me the latte machine was slow and my extra espresso shot was going to slow things down. My bagel belt was inedible. No butter or mayo, no egg and it was burnt. WTH??? absolutely inexcusable. they weren't in a rush. no line up, 11 am.

Stopped going to Tim Hortons because always unfriendly in Ontario. Went to this one everyday when I was visiting a month ago. Good job staff. Always cheerful

I actually went through the drive-thru for my iced coffee. The lady who took my order was fantastic! Her name was Marcy. She had a very bubbly, warm, caring and friendly personality! The best customer service that I have ever received at this location! Marcy is 10/10 in my opinion! Her attitude left me feeling extra happy. She is definitely a ray of sunshine! ☀️ Keep being you Marcy, you are awesome!! 💜😁

This is the second time that I have walked in to the timmys and there debit machine is not working. There is also plastic over the pin pad machine that is making the numbers uneven and makes duplicates of the number resulting in wrong pin. I have asked if they could change out the plastic but the cashier said I am just a worker. Complete lack of care for walk in customers. It does not take much to trouble shoot the debit machine and make sure it is working. I also seen them mix up customer orders frequently.

Wouldn’t take my $50 to pay for my big order and got mad at me for canceling my order. Yes could have used debt but I didn’t have my wallet on just cash with me.

What has happened to your Iced drinks, mainly the "slushie" like drinks . I got 2 today and they were more juice than ice. It used to be a balanced drink .

I was in the store this morning and my husband ordered me a sausage egg biscuit. I used the washroom and heard him order it. It was on a muffin. I took it back in and she lied, saying he ordered it wrong. I told he her I heard him. Then, they give me a biscuit to transfer it over myself. I told her I wanted it made the way it was ordered. She said they would have to throw out that wrong one. I told her I didn’t care. The young blonde girl was very rude. As well, my decaf coffee was not decaf, yet marked decaf. I will not go there again, always an issue
