Drayton Valley Bakery & Cafe

The sandwiches are excellent as is the soup. The donuts are good when they are fresh but mediocre after a day. I tried their cherry Danish and was wholly unimpressed. It tasted more like bread dough wrapped around cherry pie filling the glazed with sugar.
I definitely recommend this place for lunch options, but the desert is hit or miss

Amazing at short notice, unusual requests for cakes. Amazing service, and the ladies are fantastic hosts with questions. Very happy I came by for the eight time!

I bought a cream puff from this store last 21st of November. The counter lady wasn’t friendly at all. The way she gave my order, she used her bare hands right AFTER using the mop. That was unsanitary. She did not even washed her hands or used some napkin. That was disgusting.

Bought a sandwich, 2 donuts and a hot chocolate. Donuts were great, sandwich was $8.25 and mostly bread, hot chocolate was water and powder for $5. Not the greatest deal. Good thing the donuts were good and that was all.

Chicken corn chowder don't have chicken. Beef stew is terrible, the beef is rubbery, carrots ? and potatoes ? still raw. Price insanely expensive for $ 16.28 ( chicken corn chowder and beef stew).

I have ALWAYS loved the DV Bakery. It was my 1st time to the new location. The smoothie & sweet treat were delicious. Lots of seating available. Us gals sat at the couches which was a nice addition!!! Definitely will go back
