Thursday evening I was presented two blizzards without being presented upside down. I expressed my concern and the advertised promise and was ignored by two employees. Your advertising drew me to your place of business and then you failed to honor your commitment. I was respectful to not cause a scene in your store and this is my fith attempt at a resolution(two employees, two emails and this post) please be kind enough to follow up as I am not sure what to do next.
