“The service was exceptional, we were greeted upon arrival by a pleasant young host (I totally forget his name unfortunately but he is the youngest #minor brain) who was also our server. We had the shrimpin sirloin, salmon, chicken burger and grilled chicken breast meals and amazingly they were all wonderful ?. “I have emailed head office twice hoping this would not be a public issue and have received no response, so here it goes. Thursday evening I was presented two blizzards without being presented upside down. I expressed my concern and the advertised promise and was ignored by two employees. Your advertising drew me to your place of business and then you failed to honor your commitment. I was respectful to not cause a scene in your store and this is my fith attempt at a resolution(two employees, two emails and this post) please be kind enough to follow up as I am not sure what to do next. “We used white bull catering for our wedding this past summer! Our venue didn’t have a kitchen so they were able to bring their mobile equipment and still prepare the food on location. The food was delicious and Sam was great to work with!“
