I have emailed head office twice hoping this would not be a public issue and have received no response, so here it goes. Thursday evening I was presented two blizzards without being presented upside down. I expressed my concern and the advertised promise and was ignored by two employees. Your advertising drew me to your place of business and then you failed to honor your commitment.
