The food is good I like to sit on the patio so we can bring our puppy with us.

MR MIKES in Drayton Valley consistently delivers an impressive dining experience with outstanding food, alongside exceptional service from friendly staff. The Rib Eye steak dip was delicious. Loaded with meat and caramelized onions. It did not disappoint. Kudos to Mr. Mike’s; we eagerly look forward to our next visit!

Waited for 45 minutes to order, took over an hour to get our food (the food was good accept for the kids meal). No refills on coffee, multiple dirty tables, I counted 5. Did not take dirty dishes from table until the end. Came and asked if we wanted takeout boxes when people were not even done their meal. We were told it was busy, but i only coulded 12 full tables in the resturant. Disappointed heard good things about this place. Ruined my birthday celebration! Thanks, i wont eat here again. Very unfortunate!

I recently had the Rib Eye steak dip at Mr.Mikes and was blown away by how delicious it was! The beef was tender and juicy, perfectly seasoned, and packed with flavor. The au jus was rich and savory, making each bite even more satisfying. The caramelized onions were a sweet treat that complimented the horseradish aioli. The toasted garlic French loaf was fresh, lightly toasted, and held up well to the dipping without getting soggy. It was the ideal balance of flavors and textures. I highly recommend this dish to anyone looking for a comforting, hearty meal. Definitely the best beef dips I’ve ever had! Mr.Mike's in DV has great quality food, fantastic customer service and a diverse menu.

So very happy with the food and service at Mr. Mikes in Drayton Valley AB. I have tried many items on the menu, the rib eye and strip loin steaks are both excellent. I was really hungry today and got an extra patty on my burger which made it a monster haha! Stop by and enjoy a meal, the staff are happy to answer any questions and frequently adjust and help with allergies.

My husband's meal he said was really he said. I ordered the steak sandwich and was served the beef dip. Told her that wasn't what I ordered. So she went back and then come back making sure of what I had actually ordered and my husband said that I had ordered the steak sandwich. So she came back took the plate of wrong food back. By the time I got my right order 20 min later, my husband was finished eating his.Wasn't offered any portion of the bill taken off or anything. Not impressed. We paid and will more than likely not coming back.

This is my home town and loved coming to Mr.Mikes back in the day when I lived here. We thought we'd give it a go but will not be going back again. Not sure if ownership has changed or management but some sad when you come on a Saturday and only three other tables in the place. Have to wait 15mins to get drinks. I understand that there was no bartender so the waitresses are doing their best but why they don't have bartender on a Saturday is interesting (management/owner). Food was mmmm interesting being so small portion, over cooked or under cooked, not seasoned and took a fair bit of time to come out. But again maybe only one cook or something who knows again owner/management?
I guess I will be going out with family and friends to the better restaurants in town. Was very expensive for the quality of food and service. Disappointed.

2 burgers burnt black on the bottom and covered with cheese

Walked in to an empty restaurant and waited 3-4 minutes to be seated before seating myself (sign said wait to be seated). Waitress took my drink order right away and delivered it promptly. Then took my food order and it too was delivered promptly. And then the wheels fell off. I ordered the steak sandwich and was served what was the smallest steak I had ever seen. I thought it was a prank. It would have satisfied a 5 year old I suppose. The waitress assured me that was the correct portion. Things got even worse when I tasted it. Probably the toughest and chewiest steak I had ever experienced and approximately 1LB of salt on it to top it all off. It was served with miniature onion rings which were soggy. It also came with a side of French fries, these were decent. Hot and crispy. All of this slop that I couldn’t even finish for $28. Ended up walking over to A&W for a burger which sadly, was much more satisfying at a lower price too.

Don't bother making a reservation. If walk ins are greater, you're ignored. The worst service Ive ever experienced.

I booked a table as I wanted to bring my wife and my father for their birthday dinner to Mr Mike's. We enjoy going there and our last experience was very good and the food was great you got a good value for what you paid for and it wasn't overly noisy as we usually sit in the restaurant part that way you can have polite dinner conversation without having to raise your voice at one another. Unfortunately, this time there was an adolescent hockey team there and the noise level was quite high and disruptive as the kids were free roaming which made the dining experience unpleasant. Also, the prices have significantly increased since our last visit which has only been a short period of time as well as a decrease in the amount of food. My father's meal was to have the dressing on the side but it was put all over his meal which is not how he ordered it. Aside from those things we do like Mr Mike's and the food is usually quite good and we will come back again at some point. The price being as high as it is now and we realize it's hard to avoid that especially in today's day and age with the political problems that we are having to deal with make it a little more difficult to dine out. It's one thing to pay higher prices but it's another to pay the higher prices and to get a reduction in the amount of food that one used to get. I'm not sure if that's a way of cutting back to try and reduce your overhead perhaps but either way it would be nice to get a little more bang for your buck which we're finding it Mr Mike's you no longer get. I would recommend Mr Mike's but in doing so I would be very clear to those I recommend the restaurant to that it you don't necessarily get your bang for your buck there. Our server was wonderful but she was spread thin which was unfortunate for her because there was only so much she could do being she was a one woman show.

It's always one of the best places for steak!
