Dietary restrictions: I have been going to the OCT for years now, never done a review on this place but after reading some of the comments about the service and the food I want to give my opinion about this place. The staff are awesome and friendly. This is the first establishment that I’ve ever been to where they will get you a taxi to get you home when you’re not thinking straight. The staff do the best they can with the waves of being busy to being slow and some nights the kitchen does get overwhelmed as any restaurant does when it gets busy. The beer is always cold, drinks are good and I have honestly never had a bad meal in 5 years there. They adjust meals for my food allergies and the portions are awesome. The steak is always cooked perfectly for me and the taco salad with extra beef and chicken is my favourite. Can’t say enough good things about this place because every time I go to the city I am disappointed with their portions and prices.

We came here for a birthday party for my best friend. We reserved a table of 12 here and Nadzin was our server. She was so kind and courteous and made jokes with us the whole night. I highly recommend booking your events here! And it you get Nadzin as your server, even a bigger bonus!

Service is probably the worst I have ever had in town and I’m talking 10+ times, always understaffed… sit down wait for 15+ minutes for drinks with the place being empty, some waitresses are friendly and polite but take forever to get your bill back to you… even when the playoffs were happening went to sit down for the oilers game and no nothing after waiting for 20 minutes for drinks.

Down home style food In great portions. I ordered the wildcat burger and was pleasantly surprised by every bite I had took. It looked intimating at first but I tackled it with ease. I have yet to try to my poutine but if tastes anything like the aroma of it smells the signs are pointing upwards for this poutine. Would definitely eat here again.

I had my birthday (9th may 2024)dinner with my friends and I ordered stir-fry chicken noodles and stir-fry veggie with rice, the food is totally disappointing ,the quality and portion size didn't live up to your expectations.I feel the food doesn't justify the price. Value is an important aspect of dining out. I might want to consider exploring to other restaurants in our area that will offer better quality and value for money.Tough or chewy chicken can really detract from a meal experience.It's disappointing when servers don't offer alternatives, especially if you're not satisfied with your meal. Providing feedback to the management could help them address this issue and ensure better service in the future.
