I had an incredible experience at this Tim Hortons location. The staff was welcoming and efficient, and everything was spotless. A special shoutout to Jay, who went above and beyond to make my visit extra special! His friendly demeanor and attention to detail made a great impression. The coffee was fresh, and the food was served quickly and exactly how I ordered it. Definitely my go-to Tim Hortons!

8 persons behind desk, all focused on drive tru, waiting 10 minutes inside before someone notices your presence it’s just ridiculous

Please turn down your drive through intercom volume. There is no reason I need to listen to you repeat the drivers order on full blast at 4 am. I don't even want to go through your drive through because if I can hear it clear as day on the fourth floor, the poor guy in the car ordering is probably going deaf. - guy in the hotel next door on the fourth floor woken up every morning for the past two weeks to "DOUBLE DOUBLE AND FARMERS WRAP"

Edit: response to owner - OR, hear me out here... Turn the volume down.. you are the owner right?

5 or 6 people at the drive through window, no or very slow service at counter, no acknowledgment, watched a guy walk in ahead of me walk in as I was parking, came in a few minutes later to see him standing waiting to order, he walked out with nothing and we did a few minutes after, I don't plan to go back anytime soon, BTW the store and drive through were not busy at all, Sept 9

Went back again to today, Sept 20th, and it was a big difference with respect to service, it about the same for customers but the service was far better today, I believe with even less staff, I will up my star rating, another thing I liked is that someone reached out to me about my review, Thank You

The chicken parmesan pizza with extra sauce was very tastey and filling, and the chocolate glazed donut was the freshest donut they've ever given me. Good job Timmy.

Thought the whole purpose of franchises was they were the same across the board no matter where you went. I guess these guys missed the memo this morning.

Not to mention ordering through the drive through was like pulling teeth.. maybe don't put someone on the window who doesn't understand basic English? Just a thought.
After we finally got this chick to understand our order (for reference it was a biscuit with sausage and egg and menu coffee x 2... not exactly complicated) they had us pull ahead. Totally fine, no worries right? But why you gotta send out the rudest employee to bring our food? I'm sorry I made you do your job..

I'd also like to note, we were not rude. Did not say anything about the behaviour to the staff, tried to patient and polite, and still got treated like we were an annoyance for just existing.

Used to be decent, but whoever was on this shift needs some serious training. Hope this isn't the new standard.

The drive thru staff are friendly but often mess up our food orders. We usually just get drinks now. Tired of paying for extra whatever and never getting it. One drive thru lane has been closed every single time I've gone there in the last year and a half. Sometimes the wait is loooong.

You have 14 people working no one ever runs the tills, and 12 of them have headsets on with only one drive thru window. It doesn’t take an army to run a Tim Hortons and there’s no way in hell that many people need to be focused on a drive thru window when no one is paying attention to the people lined up inside. Get rid of half if not more of them save the company money and get them to do their job end of story.
