stood in line for over 25 minutes didn't even get my order taken went to go through drive thru got told would be waiting for a sandwich to be made long story short waisted 40 minutes and never got anything ended up leaving or I'd be late for work will not be going back anytime soon

First when we ask for a double stacked farmers sandwich on an english muffin and they ring it in as a breakfast sandwich. Which small miscommunication no biggie, so we try to clarify we wanted a farmers sandwich. It’s rang in as a farmers wrap, so we again try to say I’m sorry but we wanted the farmers sandwich on an english muffin, and it’s rang in correctly and we pull up and pay and get our food and after checking the bag it’s on a biscuit. I go back in to say I’m sorry but it was supposed to be a farmers sandwich on an english muffin and they made it correctly, apologized, I said it’s okay because I finally had my sandwich and wasn’t really in a rush, and I went on my way. Then when eating there was a fun surprise in my breakfast sandwich. And both mom and myself are light haired so it’s definitely not ours.

Even with the drive thru closed they still manage to screw up multiple orders, clearly they don’t comprehend that 2 means 2 items. Several people walked out with the same issue with in a 10 minute window. Why bother having to locations when they equally suck and the staff clearly isn’t properly trained.

I've gone here twice, and both times I've had my order completely screwed up.

First time my order was forgotten about entirely and I waited for over 15mins before I got my order after several others after me had been served, which made me late for work.

Second time they put in the order correctly and I paid for what I wanted. Then they gave me something entirely different from what I had paid for.

Asked for wedges and chipotle dip. Drive thru was closed weren’t that busy and took 15 minutes to get my food they left it sitting there. After I got it went to go eat and they gave me expired ranch not even chipotle.

Here’s a story and the reason I won’t go back to Tim’s. i was in the drive-through and ordered a Cappuccino with one Sweetener. A coworker was 2 cars behind me. I wanted to be nice and pay for his breakfast. I got to the window and I payed with Cash and I said 2 cars behind I will pay for him. The lady looked at me with confusion left and came back and said your card declined!!!! I look at her and said my what? She said it again your card declined!!! I said lady I GAVE YOU CASH!!!! She feel bad and apologized and was embarrassed and again 2 Orders behind I will pay for him. She read me the order I think that’s it so I payed. I got to work and I asked him if someone paid for his breakfast and he said no. So I paid for someone else’s breakfast instead of his that morning. I don’t remember the Name of the worker. But do better!!! You just lost a customer.
