Quiet place
Had a great experience with a new hire named Savannah. She is the friendlest worker this location has had in a long time. It was so nice to have someone understand my order without asking me to repeat it numerous times. I will definitely visit this location more often now that she is there.
The BEST staff ever seen they are approachable, friendly, kindly, helpful and they are always smile and great to costumer love it, thats why i always come back againđ„°đ„°đ„°
Bathrooms in poor shape and need sanitizing, like with real products. Hand dryer/blower doesnât work.
Staff speaks so fast you canât understand them. Their English is fine except for they talk so fast they have to repeat it to you three or four times for you to get it.
The ambiance here is always inviting and comfortable. I loved this location the ly always served freshly brewed coffee. I would definitely recommend this location, all staff are accommodating and friendly.
We had a disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons drive-thru. My boyfriend and I ordered two wraps and three drinks. When we got to the window, we paid but only received three drinks and one wrap. Mistakes happen, and we were totally fine to pay for the missing wrap then and there.
Unfortunately, the staff member at the window (her name tag said Rachelle or something similar) seemed confused and asked us to pay for the full order again. We tried to explain multiple times that we just needed the second wrap, but after repeating ourselves several times, she became visibly frustrated and said, âJesus Christ, thatâs what I asked you.â She then told us to pull forward and wait in a parking spot after buying the new wrap. She then came out and tossed us the wrap without saying anything.
It wasnât particularly busy, so the frustration and attitude felt unwarranted. We understand that mistakes happen, but the way this situation was handled felt unprofessional and unnecessarily rude. We hope management sees this and takes steps to improve communication and customer service.
Great Tim Hortons location! The coffee is always fresh, and the baked goods are consistently delicious. âAlways greeted with a smile and served quickly.â Definitely one of the better spots for quality and consistency!

I had an incredible experience at this Tim Hortons location. The staff was welcoming and efficient, and everything was spotless. A special shoutout to Jay, who went above and beyond to make my visit extra special! His friendly demeanor and attention to detail made a great impression. The coffee was fresh, and the food was served quickly and exactly how I ordered it. Definitely my go-to Tim Hortons!

Please turn down your drive through intercom volume. There is no reason I need to listen to you repeat the drivers order on full blast at 4 am. I don't even want to go through your drive through because if I can hear it clear as day on the fourth floor, the poor guy in the car ordering is probably going deaf. - guy in the hotel next door on the fourth floor woken up every morning for the past two weeks to "DOUBLE DOUBLE AND FARMERS WRAP"

5 or 6 people at the drive through window, no or very slow service at counter, no acknowledgment, watched a guy walk in ahead of me walk in as I was parking, came in a few minutes later to see him standing waiting to order, he walked out with nothing and we did a few minutes after, I don't plan to go back anytime soon, BTW the store and drive through were not busy at all, Sept 9
Went back again to today, Sept 20th, and it was a big difference with respect to service, it about the same for customers but the service was far better today, I believe with even less staff, I will up my star rating, another thing I liked is that someone reached out to me about my review, Thank You

The chicken parmesan pizza with extra sauce was very tastey and filling, and the chocolate glazed donut was the freshest donut they've ever given me. Good job Timmy.
