Here’s a story and the reason I won’t go back to Tim’s. i was in the drive-through and ordered a Cappuccino with one Sweetener. A coworker was 2 cars behind me. I wanted to be nice and pay for his breakfast. I got to the window and I payed with Cash and I said 2 cars behind I will pay for him. The lady looked at me with confusion left and came back and said your card declined!!!! I look at her and said my what? She said it again your card declined!!! I said lady I GAVE YOU CASH!!!! She feel bad and apologized and was embarrassed and again 2 Orders behind I will pay for him. She read me the order I think that’s it so I payed. I got to work and I asked him if someone paid for his breakfast and he said no. So I paid for someone else’s breakfast instead of his that morning. I don’t remember the Name of the worker. But do better!!! You just lost a customer.

Pre-ordered only to find out once we got to the store nothing was ready, they didn't even realize there was a online order. Then told us that they were out of stock to make.half our order!!!

August 15th, 9 PM, Tim Hortons near the Ramada Hotel. in Drayton Valley was a nightmare. The cashier acted arrogant and smug — turning away, chatting and laughing with someone else while taking our order, even though the place wasn’t busy. The guy making our wraps was super sketchy — constantly looking over at us, walking away, coming back, tossing things in. The wraps sat on the table way too long, and it felt like he stuffed in leftovers. Staff with beards weren’t wearing beard nets, and we even found a beard hair in one of the wraps. Next day both of us were sick with stomach upset and nausea. We ate nowhere else. Absolutely disgusting. Worst Tims I’ve ever seen — management needs to step in and fix this mess

I had a great experience at Tim Hortons today my coffee was fresh, and my breakfast was delicious as always, but what really made my day was the amazing service by harpreet. He greeted me with a big smile, made sure my order was perfect,Thank you harpreet and Tim Hortons for making my day!

When it’s busy they have 4-5 staff working drive-through and a single person on walk-in. If there are 5-6 people waiting why not open the second cash register?

Had a great experience with a new hire named Savannah. She is the friendlest worker this location has had in a long time. It was so nice to have someone understand my order without asking me to repeat it numerous times. I will definitely visit this location more often now that she is there.
The BEST staff ever seen they are approachable, friendly, kindly, helpful and they are always smile and great to costumer love it, thats why i always come back again🥰🥰🥰
Bathrooms in poor shape and need sanitizing, like with real products. Hand dryer/blower doesn’t work.
Staff speaks so fast you can’t understand them. Their English is fine except for they talk so fast they have to repeat it to you three or four times for you to get it.
