I just want to share my disappointing experience during my visit to Tim Hortons this morning with friends. We were excited to stop by for coffee and try the new Strawberry Cheesecake Timbits. Unfortunately, the staff was not friendly and completely ignored us. We waited for more than 10 minutes without being acknowledged. It was very frustrating and unwelcoming. Based on this experience, I would not recommend visiting this location again.

Do yourself a favour and go to the one at the other end of town
Most of the time they don't have what you want or get something wrong. All I have to say is just go to the other location in town! The staff is friendly but definitely not the location to stop at, just FYI y'all
