Most of the time they don't have what you want or get something wrong. All I have to say is just go to the other location in town! The staff is friendly but definitely not the location to stop at, just FYI y'all
More often than not the drive-thru staff act as if they would rather be anywhere but there serving you. And every time I go there, and I mean every time, I have to ask for the napkins before they give me any. Definitely room for improvement in the customer service department.
Coffee isn't on par with most other Timmy's and the BELT hasn't come with lettuce or tomato these last few times (and it was cold this last time). I don't usually review chain locations. The service has always been good but the product is not up to standard.
