I had the usual #6 which is the spicey chicken, and I had fries and a drink and it was freshly made and considering there is a high school nearby, there was just the normal wait time. Good job Wendy.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a couple handicap spots for sure, as I use one myself and there is definite wheelchair access to get inside.

Maybe I asked for it trying this location again, but this isn't the first, second, or even THIRD time I've had raw burgers when I got home...but only from the DV location. I keep trying it every few months hoping your staff will get better as they seem to be fully new staff every time i go, but I leave shaking my head every single time. Seriously, your patties aren't even 1/4", how inattentive do you have to be, to kick out RAW burger patties? Thanks for giving a sh*t enough to ensure my 7 year old didn't get food poisoning. Disgusted, yet again...and angry beyond belief.

Not friendly, takes forever and their bagging of the food is awful. My husband and I ask for sides of cheese sauce to dip our fries in. They always put them on top of everything else with the lips not sealed and the cheese sauce ends up all over inside of the bag. Huge mess.

We order our food to watch the employees on there phones didn't wash their hands before handling the foor and when we spoke up and said that wasn't very sanitary as we don't know where u phones been and the employees good angey mostly will never order food from dv Wendy's again

Don’t eat there order wrong. There’s running around like their heads was cut off with six customers worst food I ever had for Wendy’s and I love Wendy’s, but I won’t go back to Drayton Valley Wendy’s.

Just complaining about the bathrooms…the hand dryer blows directly into garbage can and blows garbage out, and there is no paper towel option to dry hands. There was no soap at the wash station, no hand sanitizer.
I ordered a baconater and they gave me what ever this burger is called and there’s not even bacon like how can someone mess up that bad

Can't seem to get a chili cheese fries with no cheese sauce....on 4 separate occasions! Had to get them to remake a burger, I paid for a double and got a single. Bacon mushroom melt (albeit last year, diff staff) was RAW in the middle. Problem after problem after problem, and all separate visits! Insanity guys, all it takes is an extra second to actually READ your bill for the mods requested by the customer. Such a careless mistake really speaks to the quality of this place, which is sad! Wendy's used to be a go to when I lived near the Sylvan Lake location. Now I have a hard time setting foot near the Drayton Valley location, because out of a good dozen visits, I've had my order correct (the first time) MAYBE thrice. My bad for giving second, third, fourth (etc) chances...I'll be dining elsewhere now. Do better.
