“Hi everyone! I went to this location a lot of times for a guacomole black bean wrap which is the only veggie wrap at the store. But always staff refused me saying we are out of stock for black beans or even we make it on order but nobody made it. From last three times at closing time Navneet works and she has made the fresh wrap all the three times to me. Highly recommended because of her smiling face and customer service. Thanks a lot Nav👍🏼”

“This is really good quality lounge, I used my Star Alliance membership to redeem 3 persons( 2 kids and me) the environment is quiet, clean and spacious. Many seats can be chosen. Food variety is rich, many drinks and desserts . We spent more than 2 hours here until our flight on boarding. Kids love to the experience at lounge . If you don’t have membership, $35 per person .”

My niece just turned 15, and Alyssa made her birthday absolutely unforgettable. She didn’t just bring dessert — she went all in and sang Happy Birthday loud and proud, making my niece completely embarrassed in the most hilarious and awesome way possible. The whole moment was priceless, and you could tell Alyssa genuinely cared about making it fun and special.

Her energy, confidence, and sense of humor made the night. She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel like VIPs from start to finish. It’s servers like Alyssa who turn a regular dinner into a memory we’ll laugh about for years.

“Food is ok in general. Unfortunately they are more worry asking you how is the food than in the actual service. I bet they came at least 10 times asking about the food. My glass of water was half empty most of the time. I’ve got a refilled once. At the end, we checked the bill and we’ve got charge PST- WTH? I cannot imagine how many other people got charges and didn’t even know! Not impressed! I like most of the food, fried chicken needs it more flavour. The rest was good!”

“This is a wonderful coffee shop. I come out of my way from Terwillegar past others because Monacci surpasses others in Southwest Edmonton. Very flavourful coffee, lovely peaceful, warm atmosphere and friendly staff. In my mind, this is what a coffee shop should feel/be like.”
