“I often visit late at night after work, and unfortunately, my order is sometimes missing items or the coffee isn’t made correctly. The service can also feel rushed at times.

However, whenever the gentleman with glasses is working, my experience is completely different. He always greets me with a smile, asks how my day has been, and checks if I need anything else before I leave. After a long night of work, that level of kindness really means a lot.

He is a great role model for the rest of the team and truly deserves 5 stars. Thank you so much for making customers feel welcome!”
