“I have to give this Starbucks a top review. I visited on Friday, and it was like a visit to a Starbucks of the “good old days”. It was spotlessly clean, cool on a hot day & the staff were really friendly.

I was asked if wanted the coffee in store or to go, and had it served in a nice glass to sit out on the patio. I know it sounds basic, but I can’t remember the last time a barista asked me that and actually offered a mug or glass!

If I didn’t need to pick a friend up from airport, I’d have happily sat there all evening.

“Stopped in at The Koffee Cafe and had one of the best London Fogs I’ve ever tasted. Perfectly balanced, rich, and silky with just the right hint of vanilla — it’s the kind of drink that makes you slow down and actually enjoy the moment.

The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with plenty of space to sit, chat, or get some work done. You can tell the staff take pride in every cup they make, and that attention to detail shows from the first sip to the last.

“This local coffee shop is an absolute favourite of mine. One of the best dirty chai’s I’ve ever had. The staff are nice and they really get to know you, one of the many charms (since they always remind me of my stamp card and know I forget.)
I love the availability of different milks, and that they have lactose free, vegan syrup and vegan food options.
I live out of town, and the drive in is worth the drinks, the atmosphere, and the service. I’ve spent hours hanging out with friends, drinking coffee and enjoying the vibes. ?“

“The customer service is incomparable. We had a cookie delivery scheduled for a sympathy gift which had already went out for delivery when we found out the recipients had already left home. Cookies by George helped us by holding the order and letting us fulfill it later when the recipients were back home. We appreciated their kindness and flexibility immensely. “I was sitting in the cafe at Starbucks in Beaumont AB this evening and witnessed a woman driving a black Cadillac suv berate and insult the barista’s because the inclusions, the little pieces of dried fruit, were not in her drink. This woman was given a refund and a new drink then proceeded to sit at the drive thru window for literally 15 minutes holding up the drive thru. What is this world coming to, you are mean and nasty all because of little dried pieces of fruit??? I think the barista’s did a great job although visibly bothered by the interaction. No one deserves to be treated like that over something so insignificant.“

She answered our requests and questions cheerfully and made sure service was as quick as possible. For a supermarket starbucks, it was a surprisingly pleasant experience! I would return to this location over other stand-alone starbucks locations.“

“I always order here my drinks. Grande shaken espresso with 3 pumps of vanilla syrup with classic syrup and it's always perfect. But this morning I feel dissapointed and sad .I think they forgot to put the vanilla syrup and classic on my drinks. The staff were incredibly friendly and had my double double ready faster than I could even find a seat. I loved how cozy the inside felt, warm lighting and that familiar Tim's smell that just makes you feel at home no matter where you are in Canada. If you're passing through Edmonton, this location is worth a stop, even if just for the coffee and a butter tart.“

“As a REALTOR® who lives in Windermere and works at the RE/MAX office nearby, this Starbucks has become part of my daily routine. I drive by several times a day on my way to showings, and it's my favorite place to stop for a coffee and a cup of ice water before meeting clients.

The location is fantastic and very easy to access, whether you're coming from Windermere Drive or turning off Windermere Boulevard by Superstore. There's plenty of parking, and getting in and out is quick and convenient.

The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it a great place to meet clients, catch up on emails, or simply take a short break between appointments. The staff are always friendly, the service is consistently fast, and unlike many other Starbucks locations, the drive thru and in store lines are usually very reasonable.

As someone who spends most of the day on the road, I really appreciate places that are efficient, welcoming, and consistent. This Starbucks is one of my favorite stops in southwest Edmonton, and I highly recommend it.“

“We had breakfast there around 7 a.m. on Friday, April 3rd. The staff were very friendly, but while we were eating, the manager was shouting loudly at the employees. Even though one of the staff told him he had no right to yell, he kept doing it. That’s a violation of the employees’ rights, and although the staff were very nice, the manager behaved very poorly toward them in front of customers.“
