“No restaurant is perfect but whenever I have a concern, either food or service, I would always mention it to the store manager, Ricarte, and he always has a solution and he is very open to comments and suggestions, he even encourages me to always raise any concern about his store. Overall, I always have good food and great service every visit. 👍“

“Stopped in here on a Sunday morning a couple weeks ago after a long walk around the area, and honestly it hit the spot perfectly. The barista who took my order was super friendly and remembered to call out my name when it was ready, which sounds small but made the whole vibe feel more welcoming. I grabbed a window seat and just sat there for like an hour with my laptop and a cold brew, watching people walk by outside. Solid spot to recharge on a weekend when you want somewhere low-key but reliable.“

“I stopped at the store as I do on a regular basis I pay over six dollars for a drink I walk in to pick my coffee up I didn’t have a mascon which is my right not to do I wasn’t near anybody there was not one person in the store I went to the restroom I came back the staff is waiting for me they were harassing me extremely rude telling me I had to wear a mask or they would ban me from the store his words are I will write you up of course that was kind of funny as he is a manager at a coffee shop nevertheless I told them have a nice day as I was leaving there was three of them standing at the door yelling at me and harassing me I think these people need mental help getting angry over a piece of cloth that does nothing I’m very disappointed that in this day and age you get treated like a criminal Bottom line is I told them in a month or two you won’t be wearing those ridiculous anti-breathing devices but because the government tells you you’ll believe it’s true“

“Of the many Starbucks that are within St. Albert, this is our go-to. We have restrictions for one of our drinks (severe anaphylaxis to dairy) and we've never had any issues whatsoever at this location. They sanitize the shakers to be extra cautious with dairy cross contamination which we greatly appreciate!

It’s always great to see Reylen working, she’s so friendly and always remembers us, and consistently makes us feel welcome and comfortable ordering here. Thank you Reylen!“
