“I love their variety of drinks offered. I never thought in my life that I would try orange juice mixed with coffee and enjoy it. I always try something new when I go here. The only thing I find on appealing is the fact that you must sweeten your own coffee apart from some drinks which are not labelled to be sweetened, but they do add sweetener. I believe if you’re already paying eight bucks or more for a coffee that it should come pre-prepared. The seating is limited and very uncomfortable. But the open windows make it for a nice atmosphere even though you are only looking out at the street. Good place to catch up with small groups of friends or coworkers. Food is underwhelming, but people come here for the drinks, not the food.“

“The customer service is incomparable. We had a cookie delivery scheduled for a sympathy gift which had already went out for delivery when we found out the recipients had already left home. Cookies by George helped us by holding the order and letting us fulfill it later when the recipients were back home. We appreciated their kindness and flexibility immensely. Today they drew a little face on my cup which was a nice touch. Pretty sure it's supposed to be a happy face but it kinda looks like that flat mouth ambivalent nod that Canadians always do when we walk past each other lol.

“We've been to your store and seen that there's a new staff. She's very accommodating and inform us that she's new that's why she's not yet familiar with all the products of tims. But were very happy that she takes and served our orders correctly. That's a very good job. We will surely come again!“
