“Their burgers dethroned the long reigning champion: Five Guys. We drive an extra 20 minutes just to get the best burgers we've ever had, in any country. People are friendly, and they are a total gem for Devon. Our only negative was once when a patron sat next to our table watching youtube videos on his phone, as if we all wanted to listen to his silly videos. A sticky situation, difficult for staff to deal with, politely. That's more on him than them, but they should think of a solution (just a polite request to either use earphones or turn it down)“

“First time visiting this location. Outside chairs and tables were nice.

The inside is a nice chill lounging area.
The 2 girls seemed busy.
As I approached the cashier to give my order she seemed overwhelmed an I think 1 more Staff would help them. Took my order and I payed.

Ordered a a la crepese 6/10 and a Plain croissant 10/10 with a hot chocolate 10/10and London fog 8/10

By 10am it got really busy.
Presentation was a delight.
Didn't seem friendly as the girls seemed busy.

Don't know the bathroom situation, only by reading others reviews.

The table I sat at needed to be wipe has lots of parking.

Has a drive thru.

“The customer service is incomparable. We had a cookie delivery scheduled for a sympathy gift which had already went out for delivery when we found out the recipients had already left home. Cookies by George helped us by holding the order and letting us fulfill it later when the recipients were back home. We appreciated their kindness and flexibility immensely. When they were delivered later things went perfectly. We will definitely be using them in the future! Amazing cookies and impeccable service. Thank you so much!“

“Angela helped me out today and helped me decide to order the new mango matcha it was delicious and she was right it does taste like a mango creamsicle!!!!!
Extra shout out to Angela and Anna as I used the bathroom and it randomly started down pouring on my dog outside so they went and opened an umbrella and comfort my pup who was getting soaked in the rain. Awesome work ladies! Thank you.

“I always use the drive through at this location because it's prompt and they get my order right.

Today they drew a little face on my cup which was a nice touch. Pretty sure it's supposed to be a happy face but it kinda looks like that flat mouth ambivalent nod that Canadians always do when we walk past each other lol.

“We've been to your store and seen that there's a new staff. She's very accommodating and inform us that she's new that's why she's not yet familiar with all the products of tims. But were very happy that she takes and served our orders correctly. That's a very good job. We will surely come again!“

“As a REALTOR® who lives in Windermere and works at the RE/MAX office nearby, this Starbucks has become part of my daily routine. I drive by several times a day on my way to showings, and it's my favorite place to stop for a coffee and a cup of ice water before meeting clients.

The location is fantastic and very easy to access, whether you're coming from Windermere Drive or turning off Windermere Boulevard by Superstore. There's plenty of parking, and getting in and out is quick and convenient.

The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it a great place to meet clients, catch up on emails, or simply take a short break between appointments. The staff are always friendly, the service is consistently fast, and unlike many other Starbucks locations, the drive thru and in store lines are usually very reasonable.

As someone who spends most of the day on the road, I really appreciate places that are efficient, welcoming, and consistent. This Starbucks is one of my favorite stops in southwest Edmonton, and I highly recommend it.“

The brother and sister (don't know their names yet) literally make our days better. They are so friendly and we always get excited to see them. 10* for each of them.“

“I just noticed they gave me an oatmeal raisin cookies instead of a chocolate chunk cookie 😭😭chocolate chunk is on the receipt, not oatmeal raisin, but mistakes happen so I can’t be mad. Also low-key they just put me onto oatmeal raisin. It’s actually pretty good never would’ve tried it otherwise lol so thank you Tim Hortons for making really good cookies.🫶🏽🤗“
