“We have never eaten at Norma Dee's. We live in Edmonton- near WEM- and we were at Pigeon Lake for the weekend. We wanted to try somewhere new, that was located on the way home and Norma Dee's Kitchen fit that description!

EXCELLENT food & coffee! My husband had the breakfast special ( a great deal at $12.50). I've never had Eggs Benny on waffles- so good!

“I recently visited Waves Coffee House and had a genuinely great experience. “Visited the Starbucks at Upper Windermere for the first time, just before closing time, and was pleasantly surprised. Despite the late hour, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. Their friendly attitude and professionalism added an extra layer of satisfaction on top of the usual great Starbucks experience. Today they drew a little face on my cup which was a nice touch. Pretty sure it's supposed to be a happy face but it kinda looks like that flat mouth ambivalent nod that Canadians always do when we walk past each other lol.

“The customer service is incomparable. We had a cookie delivery scheduled for a sympathy gift which had already went out for delivery when we found out the recipients had already left home. Cookies by George helped us by holding the order and letting us fulfill it later when the recipients were back home. We appreciated their kindness and flexibility immensely. “I had an exceptional experience at the Tim Hortons located at 6234 Currents Dr NW, Edmonton, AB T6W 0J2, Canada, and truly want to recognize one of their team members, Kashish, for her honesty and professionalism.

Yesterday, I accidentally left my wallet behind. When I called about 30 minutes later, Kashish answered the phone. She was incredibly attentive and immediately asked where I had been sitting. She went straight to the spot, found my wallet, carefully checked the ID inside to confirm it was mine, and secured it safely in the management office.

When I returned about an hour later, everything was exactly as I left it — all my IDs, credit cards, and cash were intact. That level of integrity and care is rare and deserves to be acknowledged.

I would like to sincerely thank Kashish for handling the situation with such professionalism and honesty. I also encourage the management and ownership of this Tim Hortons location to recognize her outstanding actions.
