“I can't remember the last time I had an exceptional experience like today. Not from town but stopping along the way for some snacks. The team member that served us (i think maybe a manager) had a warm and welcoming greeting While taking our order I shared it was our son's first time having a timbit as me and my husband were excited, after taking our order the team member serving us said that donuts were on him. We were both taken back as this is very generous and not expected! A small act like that along with a friendly welcome makes you remember there are still kind people in the world, it truly made our day and we hope that team member continues to shine!“
