“My partner’s food and drink were really great. The sauce they use is amazing. I ordered a turkey sandwich, and was pretty disappointed when I got lunch meat instead of real turkey. If I knew it was deli meat I would have gotten something else.“

“Excellent place! Staff is so friendly and it’s clean there and I always get help! Only problem is, since I don’t do drive thrus or go inside I do online where I park at the spot and they bring it right out. It’s supposed to be faster, but every-time for 10 times I’ve done it it takes 15-20 minutes :/ I know they have drive thru and customers and may be busy I totally understand that I’ve worked retail and plus they half to make it/cook the food and have it ready but that amount of time waiting all the time is a lot :( it’s okay I appreciate the hard work. It also helps me get points on the app when I do this and sometimes we have anxiety to go in or we need a wheelchair, or we can’t speak or not wanting to get others sick and if we need somewhere to be then we do this so it’s faster for a quick grab but it’s never actually convenient to these people or fast…“

“I often get groceries at the Save On Foods beside this location and most always stop on my way home to grab something. Staff are always friendly and location is always clean. Parking can be a bit of a hassle at times because of where it is situated but there is parking in the nearby Save On Foods lot.“

“It's Timmies so you don't go there for a gourmet meal but what does make this my go to when in St.Albert is the friendly staff.The service both in store and drive through are done with a smile and a greeting.Lots of parking availble ,but the first timers might find it a bit confusing to get to the lot.“

“I was greeted and served by Faaria. This was my first visit at this location. The store was quite busy and I was advised they were doing their best to clear the backlog (both in the store and the drive through) but it might be a few minutes to complete my order. I was waiting for a friend anyway so I sat at one of the tables. Next thing I know, Faaria was delivering my ice water (I guess I hadn't heard my name being called). She is definitely a good role model of service EXCELLENCE. Soon after my ban was called for my latte - which was delicious and perfectly made.Great job team #23363 ???“
