“Stopped in for a leisurely coffee at one of their outdoor tables last fall. For a moment I could almost imagine I was somewhere in Europe! Staff were friendly! No pressure to hurry up - sat at the table for quite a while and was never rushed!“

“I was sitting in the cafe at Starbucks in Beaumont AB this evening and witnessed a woman driving a black Cadillac suv berate and insult the barista’s because the inclusions, the little pieces of dried fruit, were not in her drink. This woman was given a refund and a new drink then proceeded to sit at the drive thru window for literally 15 minutes holding up the drive thru. What is this world coming to, you are mean and nasty all because of little dried pieces of fruit??? I think the barista’s did a great job although visibly bothered by the interaction. No one deserves to be treated like that over something so insignificant.“
