Tim Hortons on 43 Athapaskan Dr. in Leduc is known for its friendly and welcoming staff who provide excellent customer service. The team creates a local feel, making customers feel appreciated. Employees like Leona and others are quick to understand customer needs and go above and beyond to ensure satisfaction. Special mentions include staff who made a granddaughters' Creamy Chocolate Chills and fixed an ice cap emergency, adding extra cream and warmth. Warm butter served with food is a nice bonus. Overall, the restaurant offers great service and a comfortable atmosphere.
