The older lady with blonde hair and glasses at the drive through is the most unfriendly person. If she is this rude with customers I can’t imagine how she treats the staff. She acts as though the customer is inconveniencing her. I only order a tea and want a sleeve on my cup , but it seems to just annoy her to no end. I only stop out of ease of access but I think I will go somewhere else
Been going to this location since it’s opened, I have always had great service up until the older lady with short blonde hair started running the drive through. At that point I started noticing the uncomfortable interactions. Often I’ll hear here blaming the staff in front of customers for messing up orders. Or not getting orders to the window fast enough.
