The female manager working at the front counter on September 7 at approximately 7:00 p.m. was consistently rude and seemed entirely unsuited for customer service.
My sandwich order was made incorrectly, so I returned to ask for the proper sandwich. She took the sandwich from me as though I had caused her a major inconvenience, and I received no apology.
