I sat at an order window with no response while three cars went through the opposite speaker; when I placed my order, it took three times for the staff to get it accurate. Then I pulled up to the window and was told I had to drive around to the front to wait for it. Disappointedly, being a day in which most people didn’t work, there was also no parking. And so then to find out that after I get home that they STILL didn’t get my order accurate after spending a decent amount on the order is disappointing

Went in for breakfast and some timbits to go. All was good until the lady that took my order brings me my timbits. All over her hands is sticky residue from the timbits which then was all over the box when she closed it. I asked if they were supposed to wear gloves when handling food to which I was told " no we don't wear gloves up here at the front " then threw the box of timbits to the side kinda aggressively. Not too sure if she was telling the truth about not having to wear gloves when packing timbits but I'm sure this is the first time I've seen this. yuck

I went through the drive-through at 5 PM And purchased a classic chicken wrap. The chicken Was dry and the tomatoes were mush. Took one bite, And had to throw the rest away. So much for made to order

Made me a farmers wrap just how they are supposed to be made like they used to be made... Thank you!Lots of egg, perfect amount of sauce, wrapped nicely not messy/greasy, hash brown was fresh and it had a lot of bacon and sausage as I paid for both! Delicious.

Most of the staff are friendly and very hard working, one if the cleanest tim hortons I've ever been too!

My weekend coffee orders seem to come short poured (each and every time), and the big bonus of coffee grounds on the bottom of my cup. Drive through is more concerned in keeping quick turnarounds, at the expense of order accuracy. Quality assurances aren't in place here. Very hit and miss on order quality and accuracy.

The older lady with blonde hair and glasses at the drive through is the most unfriendly person. If she is this rude with customers I can’t imagine how she treats the staff. She acts as though the customer is inconveniencing her. I only order a tea and want a sleeve on my cup , but it seems to just annoy her to no end. I only stop out of ease of access but I think I will go somewhere else

Never gets my order right and all the staff are very rude. I only go to this location because I live close by. I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time with the inconveniences.

Been going to this location since it’s opened, I have always had great service up until the older lady with short blonde hair started running the drive through. At that point I started noticing the uncomfortable interactions. Often I’ll hear here blaming the staff in front of customers for messing up orders. Or not getting orders to the window fast enough. On a separate occasion I ordered breakfast and a coffee and was asked to pull around front to wait for my order. 15 minutes later an employee asked me if they could substitute my breakfast for something else because they were out of that bagel. No problem. 15 minutes later the older drive through lady comes out throws me a bag of food, not either one of my orders and drops my refund in my hand and proceeds to tell me how everything is messed up here that day and again starts complaining about staff…. This morning I order breakfast, get up to the window same lady holding the debit machine out the window, because it took me a few seconds longer to get my payment ready I hear her slam the debit machine down. I asked her to “give me a second please” she reply’s rudely “ I am giving you a second!” These interactions have put me off enough that I will not be coming back to this location.

During my recent visit to Tim Hortons through the drive-thru, I had an encounter that left me somewhat concerned. The cashier, a young and friendly employee, seemed to have some difficulty with accurately handling the money.Instead of counting the cash I handed over, she asked if all the money was there. While I appreciate her honesty, it's essential that cashiers verify the money they receive by counting it to ensure accuracy.I believe that providing thorough training to employees is crucial, and perhaps there's room for improvement in this area. My intention is not to criticize but to suggest that Tim Hortons invest in comprehensive training to help their employees excel in their roles.Overall, I still enjoy the food and service at Tim Hortons, and I hope this feedback can contribute to the continuous improvement of the customer experience.
