I always feel welcomed when I walk in! It has become my home away from home!
I was at the location today and Kate though serious was very kind. I spilt my drink and asked for a cloth so I could clean up after myself. She stepped out immediately brought a cloth but refused to let me clean. I apologized a few times and she was very generous in her words. Told me not to worry, it happens all the time and since I spilt my drink she even got her coworkers to make me a new one.
