Service has gone downhill from last month or so. You have to wait 10 mins on a drive-thru early morning when there are no other cars just to get a coffee and not even a big order.
You have to remind staff of missing order items, lady rushed on mini bagles and they were cold from inside and uncooked.

Katelyn should be commended for being a friendly cheerful and very helpful barista. Had a rough week and just entering a positive place lifted my spirits. Welcoming refills a plus. As usual quality decaf Pike that I ordered.

This Starbucks Coffee Company location is a favorite for many. It has the best lemon loaf, which tastes just like homemade, and a ham and Swiss baguette that is absolutely heavenly when dipped in Dijon mustard. The staff is friendly, helpful, and always pleasant, with service that is speedy. One barista made the experience feel personal and welcoming by calling out customers’ names while making the drinks. The drinks are made perfectly every single time, including an amazing black iced tea with lemonade to cool off hot summer nights and a café mocha for the winter months. A terrific location in Heritage valley, it gets the most sunlight coming into the shop in the mornings. The manager is very nice and on the ball. This location can be very busy, but the team does their best to get to each customer in a timely manner, and ordering ahead on the mobile app is recommended during busier times.
