The service has become terrible, I was yesterday afternoon and I had grab some napkins and clean off my table. Another day I waited at the counter for 10 minutes for service and walked out, other times you wait at the counter, as the drive thru to be the priority in terms of aerobics, walk in customers are secondary. So disappointing, it was a place I would everyday after work and that is no longer the case.

This Starbucks Coffee Company location is a favorite for many. It has the best lemon loaf, which tastes just like homemade, and a ham and Swiss baguette that is absolutely heavenly when dipped in Dijon mustard. The staff is friendly, helpful, and always pleasant, with service that is speedy. One barista made the experience feel personal and welcoming by calling out customers’ names while making the drinks. The drinks are made perfectly every single time, including an amazing black iced tea with lemonade to cool off hot summer nights and a café mocha for the winter months. A terrific location in Heritage valley, it gets the most sunlight coming into the shop in the mornings. The manager is very nice and on the ball. This location can be very busy, but the team does their best to get to each customer in a timely manner, and ordering ahead on the mobile app is recommended during busier times.
