My favorite Tim Hortons in the whole city the staff are polite, They make my coffee right, lots of glaze on the donuts and apple fritters which are baked to perfection. Clean and comfortable atmosphere.edit: the staff are discriminating prejudiced and just plain rude. I spend more than enough money to at least be treated with some respect or at the very least like a human being! Also they put plates over all the plugin's so homeless people can't use the power to charge their phones.
Came here on Saturday morning for some breakfast and had Tracy as our order taker. She was extremely polite, friendly and professional. She was informative and happy to answer any questions I had about the wraps. I noticed as I was waiting for my food how hard she was working, she was handling multiple in store orders as well as dealing with a full lobby. I have come here many times and every single time the employees pretend like no one is there doing their own thing for at least 10-15 minutes before answering. The place isn’t even that busy but they walk past me many times and do not see me. I’m even talking to them just to take my order and they don’t even answer me.They look at me as if I am a homeless person asking for free food.Very slow service. No respect whatsoever.
