At first I just want to taste it but I didnt realize that it was sp good and delicious as well. The staff, Maria was very accommodating and very nice to deal with. She is an asset to your company. “We were served by Rachelle, who made our experience exceptional after our flight got delayed for 5 hours. The service was quick, and the food was well portioned, and not overly expensive considering usual airport price hikes.

“Am there often; relatively smaller than typical ML lounges, but ok for YEG...better than nothing! Generally well maintained. Staff are professional but not as friendly and passionate as YYZ staff. Food variety not as diverse and good as other ML lounges. Limited choice of beverages.”

“Hi everyone! I went to this location a lot of times for a guacomole black bean wrap which is the only veggie wrap at the store. But always staff refused me saying we are out of stock for black beans or even we make it on order but nobody made it. From last three times at closing time Navneet works and she has made the fresh wrap all the three times to me. Highly recommended because of her smiling face and customer service. Thanks a lot Nav👍🏼”

“This is really good quality lounge, I used my Star Alliance membership to redeem 3 persons( 2 kids and me) the environment is quiet, clean and spacious. Many seats can be chosen. Food variety is rich, many drinks and desserts . We spent more than 2 hours here until our flight on boarding. Kids love to the experience at lounge . If you don’t have membership, $35 per person .”

“Food is ok in general. Unfortunately they are more worry asking you how is the food than in the actual service. I bet they came at least 10 times asking about the food. My glass of water was half empty most of the time. I’ve got a refilled once. At the end, we checked the bill and we’ve got charge PST- WTH? I cannot imagine how many other people got charges and didn’t even know! Not impressed! I like most of the food, fried chicken needs it more flavour. The rest was good!”

“I am visiting Edmonton from Saskatchewan and googled ice cream shops near me and Ice Flame popped up. I didn't realize it was an Indian restaurant and ice cream shop. I didn't eat but I did have rolled ice cream for the first time and it was fantastic!! I highly recommend checking this place out!”

“I highly recommend this location! We had the best dining experience last time in Edmonton- Ellersie location. It was outstanding with everything made to perfection. We don’t often get the opportunity to visit Edmonton and plan to book with a couple friends for our next trip there but we are wondering if the menu still offers oysters? Also the ribeye- menu only shows a 32 oz. A smaller size around 16 oz or so was offered last time on menu Is this an option now? Thanks again- can’t wait to dine there again in a few weeks!”
