My daughter ordered a bagel sandwich and lemon drink. It came out to over $20. I questioned the price. Seemed a little high but thought it was just an expensive drink since the sandwich was $10. Turns out the lady at the front keyed in the wrong sandwich. When we tried to explain that we ordered a different one she was rude and insisted it was my daughter's mistake. I proceeded to tell her that I was standing right there and heard my daughter ordered. She kept insisting that she was right. Finally another lady cane from the back and corrected the order. The bagel sandwich was soggy and not worth the hassle.

Extremely disappointing… it’s just an overpriced Subway sandwich. I ordered the GF Clubbin and they use the exact same bread as Subway (which is about 5 inches), same quality or veggies and meat. Exact same process of toasting it in the oven etc… subpar quality for $18 a sandwich. Actually Subway is better in a way since you can add more veggies and sauces… I ate this thing in 4 bites and still hungry after… and I’m a 120lb female, and I don’t usually have a big appetite, but this sandwich was very small. Also, very difficult to communicate since both Chinese attendants didn’t speak English, they could even answer basic questions.. they had to go get another person who was able to speak good enough English to help me. I do not recommend this place… very overpriced for what you get.I’m only giving it 2 stars for actually having GF options! I would add a picture but the Google app won’t allow it on my phone.

I was a bit hungry waiting for my flight and decided to try out chachi’s, more specifically their Hot Philly sandwich. This sandwich truly packs a punch, with its thick slices of steak and melted cheese sandwiched between a delicious ciabatta bun. The addition of green bell peppers adds a subtle sweetness that balances out the spiciness of the jalapeños. The result is a deliciously indulgent taste experience that will keep you coming back for more! As for the pricing, it was ridiculously affordable considering the high quality of the meat used in the sandwich. I also ordered a Palmer which was their lemonade mixed with their iced tea. The pricing of their craft beverages was so low compared to some of the other establishments in the mall. Five stars ⭐️ from me!

It's unfortunate employees are told incorrect information about the new bag policy from Edmonton.This mall is located in Leduc and they are charging $0.15 for bags for take out orders based on the Edmonton bag by-law they quoted. They are not located in Edmonton to be following this. Very frustrating taking food away from the mall and having it cold and awkward to carry.Also they didn't ask if it was to stay or go so wasn't even offered to pay for a bag at time of order, so would have needed another transaction on a debit card for a whole $0.15 once I realized I needed to inform them the order is to go.

I understand this is an outlet mall location, but the cheese toast I received definitely was not up to the standard I have received previously from other locations. It was really just garlic toast with a very small amount of cheese that didn't even cover half the bread. Very disappointed and will not be returning to this location
