I had an excellent experience at chili's thanks to Kreashyn. She provided exceptional service, was attentive to my needs, and made my dining experience enjoyable. It had been a long travel day for me and I was impressed with the fact that even though it was super late she still had a smile and was warm and welcoming to me. 100% Highly recommend Kreashyn!!!!

Ordered the Eggs Benedict, it was cold, way over cooked and they were out of fruit so their only option was hashbrowns which they gave a whopping total of 17 hashbrowns on the plate. Quite the price diff between fruit to hashbrowns!!! We we just at Chili’s at Banff and it was a complete opposite experience. Will never return or recommend here. I travel frequently for work so this is a missed regular customer. Disappointed.

CHILI'S EDMONTON INTL AIRPORTWe've always loved Chilis and always go to eat at a Chili's restaurant, living in the Middle East for many years, and when in Banff for the weekend. So before our flight to Ottawa, we decided to have dinner here.We arrived Nov 13 Monday at around 8pm, group of 6 individuals,3 children aged 2, 4 and 8;and 3 adults.Since there was no table that could accomodate our group, we placed 2 tables together. A woman server, then came to us and told us that we can not do this because "they don't do that here". She also told us condescendingly that we should've told them first before doing this.We called for the manager to explain why we can't do so.The manager, male,said he will evict us if we don't speak to us politely, when all we said was this rule is ridiculous and that we have never heard of this kind of rule anywhere.He didn't pacify us, as a manager should, he immediately just said. we are going to evict you, this was so uncalled for. I have never been treated this way ever.the thing is, we would've cooperated, we in fact did put the chairs and tables back, but after how we were treated, we just had to leave. we understand that they probably want to charge us with 2 tables, which was fine, we would pay. a woman server was apologetic, but there really was no reason for us to stay any longer. THE WORST, SERVICE EVER. STAFF INCLUDING MANAGER NEEDS RETRAINING.

had an early morning flight and decided to grad some breakfast from chilis. i ordered the eggs benny.now listen, i do not like eggs, when i ordered this eggs benny i intended to eat around the egg and eat the rest because i was too embarrassed to ask for no eggs. to my surprise everything worked together so well that i ate the whole meal.the hollandaise sauce was AMAZING. i don’t know what they do with it but it was better than the other bennys i’ve had.next time i have a flight i will be getting this.

While waiting for my flight out, decided to have their Hot Wings! Most delicious! Very friendly staff taking care of a lot of travellers! A great place to catch some games prior to a trip! I miss their Whyte Ave location!

8 pm time. The manager Pradisha (Indian) told us if we didnt calm we will be ejected! That is shocking and unbecoming from a manager explaining why we pulled the table because we are family of 6 with toddler (in an inquiry that why they approached us so rude). Server named Creation is the most rude individual in the world, asked us why we touched the tables without their approval. There is always a nice way to relay rules. We left because the atmosphere is no longer good.

Portions are okay. Staff are okay and there's a view of the planes and the tarmac. But there's a lot of noise due to the hard volume coming from the giant monitors hanging by the bar.
