After about an hour of going back and forth trying with American Express and Aeroplan, Darla and her colleagues took great care of me and my girlfriend and did everything they could on their end to make sure we had a great experience in the lounge.

It’s a quiet, clean, comfortable lounge. Good location. The there are seating areas and workspace areas. The food and refreshments are fairly good. Not exceptional. Decent. This particular lounge does not really have an airfield view. Thankful this lounge is here.

quiant little lounge with the usual amenities apart from showers. we were there in the afternoon,and there was limited hot food, some quality liquor, usual cold food and snacks. there is a business center with work area and decent lounging seats. it's not a big lounge, but cosy enough. the staff were attentive. it's probably what separates this from plaza premium lounge next door, more staff and free pour bar.
