Food was really bad. I ordered latte with caramel shot, it was given to me without caramel shot. The cup was leaking that ending up ruining my shirt. After asked for replacement, the server poured the same latte into different cup instead of giving brand new as a part of service. Damaged cups can ruin your coffee and day both.

Visited this Starbucks while we were waiting to board our flight, my wife is celiac and was ordering egg bites and asked the staff to use a clean set of tongs due to her food allergy the staff were quite rude and only begrudgingly agreed to respect a food allergy, unfortunately the options on this side of security are extremely limited but even given that I'd highly encourage anyone with food allergies to go somewhere else.

They have a comprised credit card machine and their number is not in-service so all their customers after Jun 28, 2024 have been getting their card information stolen.

Terrible service , the two ladies in the front working May 24 at 10am were rude. We went up to the counter to order and they kept talking to each other , not taking our order. When we went to get our food we were waiting for one more item that we already paid for, they told us that we had to reorder and repay. So we did, but we for sure ordered it and already paid for it. The girl with a tattoo on her neck, long hair, working in the front- also has a staring problem , when she’s not even doing her job just side eyeing us customers when we didn’t even do anything to her . Rude 0/10

Yeah, this is one of the worst Starbucks. Perhaps it's inside the airport? The staff looked like they worked a 15-hour shift. I wanted to use points n was told they don't use points here, but then I was asked to scan to earn points, lol. I can scan to earn, but I can't scan to redeem ?. Also, there is no raw sugar at this location.

The price hike at the "airport" is disgusting.Paid 7 dollars for the smallest little bottle of orange juice. I'm dumbfounded.And 6 dollars for an Americano!An Americano.... it is a double shot of espresso and WATER... freakin' WATER....How is it the same price as a handcrafted drink??!How is it anymore than the price of a double shot???Stop ripping customers off and start creating a balanced and fair menu.And for the love of humanity, STOP HIKING PRICES AT THE AIRPORT its a disgusting display of Corporate Greed.

Rude service by the woman taking our order. Our macchiatos tasted nothing like they are supposed to, worst Starbucks beverage I’ve ever ordered both were made completely wrong. Worst Starbucks experience, and I go to a lot of Starbucks.

i order breakfast on a eveything croissant but on a sausage and egg but she gave me ham she didn’t even tell me i cant have that in everything croissant and she added water in my receipt and my gf hot drinks is wrong too got bad experience here andbad mood going to long travel they should be more train and hear what customer says sadly my gf gave tip too she should not have that for poor customer service they didn’t make it right the order. bad morning, bad mood ?
