To get more than 3 stars at a time you have to be a pretty good Tim's

Only 1 person working on a Monday afternoon. Literally taking orders, running behind and making the food and then coming back. It should be criminal to have just 1 employee.. took 15 minutes to get a friggin double double. Wow

This Tim’s is terrible floors need sweeping seats are wore out , tables are dirty. Ceiling is all water stained ! Not enough staff and food overpriced!Hopefully the people waiting in long lineups will wake up and realize that it’s not worth waiting for!!!

The service was terrible! Food was terrible!Potato veggies were dry like from yesterday also donuts were dry!!! You can stay in line forever because only one person works there. If you have a choice to not go there don’t go there!!!

Tims has reached a new low with this location. Only 1 person was actively working when I came in. Despite making eye contact with them and another employee who was in the back, it still took almost 5 minutes for anyone to acknowledge me and take an order. As my order was being taken, they kept whipping their head around to ensure that the basic tim Hortons staples I ordered were actually in stock. That should never even be a question at any tims, no matter how short staffed they are.At least my coffee was fresh.
Terrible location, never seems to have wedges or any sides for meals, even though they advertise soups and other sides, they say they never actually have

Good employees and the taste of food here is better than the Tim Hortons inside the airport terminal

Tim’s at the airport does not support reward program. They did not even scan or participate in Roll Up the Rim..

How is it that in Canada with all our 1st world problems you go to Tim Hortons at the Edmonton airport and all they have is bagels available for breakfast. The signage offers wraps etc. But cashier says its the wrong promo and not availlable. Really? Why is it on the sign then? How do you run a business like that, poor management I guess!
