Went here for brunch last Sunday. The food tasted good and the staff were very friendly, but the options were quite limited since they mainly served from the breakfast menu. Overall, not really worth the price for what was offered.
Went for Sunday brunch with our kids - lots of options for breakfast or lunch and the desserts were delicious ! The service was wonderful- very attentive and professional. Definitely recommend

It was a nice Valentine Day 3- course dinner menu . Food was great and well presented.Service was good . Nice outing with my wife.
Great staff from the minute you arrive. Our server was very courteous and paid particular attention to our dietary restrictions. He was vey pleasant and respectful also. We enjoyed the salmon. It was cooked perfectly with amazing flavours and condiments. Definitely would go again to 4404 Restaurant
The waiter was more preoccupied catering to private rooms. Excellent food, small portions.
Service at the beginning was good, and the food was tasty. However, the service deteriorated as the night went on and in particular didn't look out for drinks . Sat waiting for 30 min after dessert hoping for coffee but no sign of service. Finally had to get up and go to the front just to pay the bill.
We went for the New Year's Buffet. This is our third time having a Holiday style buffet here over the course of 5ish years.
We didn't say anything to the server because what are they going to do about it? While our server was respectful to us I did witness a weird interaction with another table where she was rude after SHE misunderstood what the other table was asking.
The food quality has absolutely gone down. The only cooked food that didn't have a burnt oil/grease flavour to it was the roast beef and mashed potatoes.
The sticky toffee pudding had the oddest texture to it. I also understand that they can't control the flavour of fruit but the pineapple should have been pulled. It was so sour. I was also confused by a cook wandering around the buffet area not doing anything other than almost bumping into people - was this an attempt at getting his steps in?
For a $170 meal for 2 (2 buffets at $60 + 2x$12 Mimosa), I expect the bacon to be edible for one. I shouldn't have to ask for my water to topped up after the server had been by twice. I don't agree with the 18% auto added gratuity. The overall selection wasn't great. Hell, we thought the restaurant was closed when we arrived - which we mentioned and were laughed off.
The level of care presented by the staff doesn't match the price that 4404 is trying to force itself in. They should probably send everyone for training at The Keg, which would have been a cheaper meal and better food with top notch service.

First time here. Went for Christmas buffet. Would have given 4-5 stars but there were a few things that could be improved. The food was very good but wouldn’t recommend the last booking at 2 pm as there were some items that they were running out of like mashed potatoes and desserts. The gravy could have been hotter. There were two spills and plate breakages near the dessert tables. Not all of the broken plates were swept up and there were still pieces of plate on the floor and no one washed up the sticky mess on the floor. The only other thing; I didn’t notice this when booking but they charged me 18 percent tip for two people on my bill. Usually you’d see that for a table of 6 or more but not for two people. Not sure I agree with that. I would have tipped well anyway as we had good service but that part didn’t sit well with me. I may try again next year.
The Christmas Day buffet was very good. A good selection of tasty food. The thing that stood out most for me was the staff. Everyone was so friendly, professional and helpful.
It's very slow and nothing for vegans. The menu is outdated, and the new one is much worse.
Vegetarian options: No vegan options. Everything HAS to have bacon or eggs, even the avocado toast.
Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible for wheelchairs.

I have been staying at this hotel for many years as I come to Edmonton on business 1 - 2 weeks every month. The staff know me by name and I get great service. In particular - Jenny in the lounge is the primary reason I keep coming back. She manages a crowded room often on her own and always makes sure her customers are taken care of. She is kind and professional. Thanks for everything Jenny!!

breakfast is always well done and consistent, great Eggs B and omelettes, with a great presentation and service is always on point. The decor needs a bit of an update it always seems a bit empty, but overall a good spot.

Thank you for booking a private room for my family and I. It was great! I truly did enjoy it!
Food pre ordered for a hockey team was sloooowly delivered over one hour to most people. (Not all). Food was bland and drinks and food were expensive. There must be better places in Edmonton for this price!!
