First time here. Went for Christmas buffet. Would have given 4-5 stars but there were a few things that could be improved. The food was very good but wouldn’t recommend the last booking at 2 pm as there were some items that they were running out of like mashed potatoes and desserts. The gravy could have been hotter. There were two spills and plate breakages near the dessert tables. Not all of the broken plates were swept up and there were still pieces of plate on the floor...
It's very slow and nothing for vegans. The menu is outdated, and the new one is much worse.

I have been staying at this hotel for many years as I come to Edmonton on business 1 - 2 weeks every month. The staff know me by name and I get great service. In particular - Jenny in the lounge is the primary reason I keep coming back. She manages a crowded room often on her own and always makes sure her customers are taken care of. She is kind and professional. Thanks for everything Jenny!!
