Poor customer service!!!I went out of my way to support small businesses like this but when an error came the staff are rude and unapologetic.Their staff made an error when I was purchasing a hight amount of lottery, instead of 1 draw she picked multiple draw, I understand that could be an easy mistake but she was quick to smirk at me to say that why did I not say anything yet she didn’t even bother clarifying my request before printing it. No apologies were given she called the owner to cancel the ticket which was not hard to do nor penalizing to them yet she demanded I pay first this time before she printed a new ticket. So I was just wondering that for next time if it was an error again I won’t be able to do anything as the ticket has been paid for.Never coming back again!!!
