This was the third gas station I tried to visit in the city listed as 24/7 but was not, I arrived just before 5 am and luckily I could get gas, but the store itself was closed. Please update your hours so this doesn't keep happening to people.

This is super inconvenient not only for me but everyone else trying to get what they need. I needed gas and some food. This is unacceptable. This is not the first time either. They seem to be closed a couple month. I thought 24/7 meant open 24 hours a day, u days a week. Why does this keep happening. Your losing money, 7 different customers wanted things and we all drove off at 1am on Sunday morning.

Accidentally bought a pricy pack of Players when I meant to grab JPs, the worker (I believe her name was Auri) took the time to double check which one I intended to buy, and thank god she did because there was like a 5-buck price difference. I asked her if there was any I could swap for the cheaper one and she did it and refunded the difference. Really really appreciated the care she put into it, as I was primarily looking for something cheap <3

Absolutely terrible to houseless people. Tried to buy cigs for a guy and they gave him a hard time. Terrible service.

I had a flat tire today and had difficulty changing it. ( tire was under van) I had to wait almost 4 hours for a tow truck. The workers in 7-11 let me wait in store and let me have some coffee on them. I was freezing. (Heater wasn't working well either). I can't thank them enough!! Thanks!!!????

Came in to grab a coffee. The young lady at the till was exceptionally friendly. Wish I had remembered the name. This location is very lucky to have someone like her.
Don’t bother showing up before 6am. The employees are either sleeping in the back or not there at all. This has been an ongoing problem for 2 months. I’m sure there’s a solution that can be implemented.

I like this store all the employees are great super friendly and helpful, my only complaint would be that the manager should consider beefing up security on weekends I worry about the staff sometimes with all the idiots that hang around there they loose alot of goods due to people stealing and cause their Is only one person working it's much easier for people to steal. The other night I was there and the young lady working was all alone and I asked if they had someone to call, she informed me that she called 3 times and the security company didn't even answer. Alot of good that does she was there alone anything could have happened. The employees are trying to earn a honest living and God forbid something happens. Employees safety should be really taken seriously. Maybe add another person on late shifts or have a security there on weekends or something. It's a rough area alot of shady people around.

Was there at 10:30pm on June 02, 2022. There were some homeless guys and I thought I’ll buy some hotfood for them. But the employee there said that they don’t sell hotfood at night. I said I can wait even 30 mins but he just straight up said NO HOTFOOD DONT YOU UNDERSTAND? Upon asking his name, he said his name is ASPAL and said that I can do whatever I want but no food at night. I wouldn’t have 7 Eleven food anyways but those homeless guys would have appreciated it. The guy was so rude and arrogant.
