This place use to be good. Now they are nit picking on leftovers to charge you an extra fee. Our group of 7 had some leftovers, but not very much. How can you ask customers to finish every single item on an all you can eat? Asked for an extra ice cream, and was charged $1. Their meaning of all you can eat must have different interpretations.

Many other places to go. Sadly after years and years of coming here, we won't be back.

An influencer said that they have a $30 AYCE hot pot. We went last night and they gave us the menu that says $36.95. No mention at all about the $30 or not written on their menu.

Not sure what's happening at 97 Hot Pot. If they have this pricing, it should be on their menu. Disappointing as it appears they used an influencer just to bring customers. The establishment did not follow through.

There's a hot pot in Calgary that has 2 different pricing and was clearly indicated on the menu as well as asked by servers which customers preferred.

97 Hor Pot fix it!

We've been here to this place twice so far and both times, we all enjoyed our food. There were good selections for broth and you can make your sauce and add it to your broth to enhance the flavor or use it to dip the food.

They serve either an ice cream or some pudding option for dessert. The ice cream was better in our opinion. It is kinda hard to find a parking because this location is right on the street.

First to be there, but it did not disappoint us. Staff were friendly and helpful for first timer. They even assisted us in our parking spot as it was limited. Food were fresh and portioned right. We just have to check the list if it's per piece or per plate. Broth were so good too. Especially the chef's choice that we tried which is sweet & sour pork is highly recommended. For sure, we will be back.

Waiter is okay but horrible front desk service!! They screamed at you for not giving more than 15% tips. They don't like it when you not opt for all you can eat, watched like a hawk when you touched their peanuts.
