I recently used A Cappella for a large event (350 people) and was extremely impressed with them. Through the months of planning and back and forth Melissa was extremely helpful. Customer service was 10/10. Working with A Cappella was seamless and they were able to help with things like linens and water glasses too.The food was incredible and our guests really appreciated it.Thank you for making our event wonderful!

This company has gone downhill. I used to book them for work all the time around 5 years ago, and remembered how awesome they were. I booked them for my dad's celebration of life and they were so disorganized that I didn't get the list of sandwiches in their mixed selection until a few emails in and then the listed my order as confirmed without first checking with me if the selection looked okay. When we asked to have a few things swapped out we were hurried off the phone. My toddler was being noisy and I asked for a second to move somewhere quieter so I could hear, but before I knew it, my call was ended. The person with whom I spoke also promised an updated order confirmation to my email which was never received. Needless to say we looked at alternative options and have canceled our order. The whole process was disorganized and I didn't feel valued at all when I spoke to the team on the phone. For such a sensitive event, it would have been nice to be treated with some level of compassion and empathy.

Had two meals catered by a capella. Both meals were delivered to private residences. Excellent food! We also had our wedding catered by them and it was also a hit.

Ordered two take and bake Christmas Meals plus the Ham. Easy to order, delivery was smooth, instructions were easy and the food was phenomenal. Our guests were happy and satisfied, and I did not need to spend any time away from the fun. It was important to keep it easy this year, as a trained chef it was hard for me but everything was great. Nothing was over or under seasoned. I read some reviews on people thinking the turkey was dry. It will dry out if you don’t keep the moisture up in your oven. My only recommendation is to add on the instructions when heating up the turkey or meat to put a small bread pan in the oven with a cup of water and the bird will come out just like it did for us on Christmas.We will be doing this again next year so we can focus more on all the kids and less on the cooking!

Excellent, prompt service. Elias and Yuusuf reached our home before the scheduled time which was markedly valued by our family. They set up the meals swiftly and efficiently. We opted for the festive dinner. Most of our guests spoke highly of the Dauphinoise Potatoes and baked tomatoes. We found the turkey and beef rouladen average. I would strongly recommend them for their praiseworthy service.

Last year our company decided to use their catering services for a staff Christmas lunch. The delivery was earlier than expected which was fine as there were heaters to keep the food warm, but no one picked up the all the dishes that they delivered with the food for over a week even thought they specified that they would be back within 3 hours. Staff waited for 5 hours and finally just left as it was getting late and everyone onsite had gone home for the holiday weekend.Food wise it was very bland with a ton of leftovers as nobody liked the dry turkey or the tasteless potato's. Even the pierogies were terrible (guessing they were cheap store bought). Cabbage rolls are awful so don't bother spending extra on those. The desserts that came were cookies that no one wanted so the boss took those home to his kids. Half of the food was thrown away as no one wanted to bring it home to feed their families. Overall terrible experience and would not recommend to anyone.

In planning my wedding I have been working with their contact Melissa and she has been absolutely wonderful to deal with. She is always quick to respond and her attention to detail is impeccable. She made the process very simple and set the bar high when dealing with other wedding vendors.Now for the food, my company uses A Cappella for all their catered events and their food is impressive every time! we had the curbside food truck at our wedding in September and absolutely loved it. leading up to our wedding (literally three days before) our venue informed of us additional things they required the food truck to have, and though I was so panicked, they were quick to make sure everything was done. Ashley and Melissa were amazing to work with. the catering team worked through the food line so fast. I’ve never heard so many rave reviews about the food at a wedding before. I would 100% recommend curbside to anyone planning a wedding.

My wedding was August of this year and my husband and I used A Cappella Catering. My guests, husband and I were blown away by how good the food was, I was definitely one of the highlights from the night. I must say nothing but good things about the staff who worked so hard the day of the wedding, they went out of their way to get my husband and I drinks so that we didn’t have to get up from eating, which was so generous. They were friendly and even let us keep the left over food if brought containers. The communication through the months leading up to the wedding was great and I would 100% recommend A Cappella Catering to any one of my family and friends, I definitely see myself using them in the future for any of my catering needs. Huge thanks!
